I have fallen hopelessly in love…more than once. It has always been delicious food, and my weakness of all weaknesses has been the irresistible desserts. I have taken many lovers but one repeated affair is with the Greek delicacy, blueberry cheesecake.
The Greek dessert and I have shared many moments. One was after a filling dinner; my host had offered some dessert to which I gracefully declined. When I was informed that the dessert was blueberry cheesecake, my animalistic instinct took over. A weakness is a weakness! I started with a giant piece. Much to my host’s amazement, two pieces of cake were making their way down a questionably full tummy.
Radisson serves one of the best cheesecakes in the country. The cake has the right amount of cream and sugar. Each bite’s existence is short lived as it melts in your mouth and leaves you yearning for more. Blueberry cheesecakes undoubtedly defy the law of diminishing marginal utility just like love- we can never tire from both, can we?
